Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Finance Analyst to join our growing analytics team. This role is critical in supporting strategic decision-making across various departments within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Data Collection and Management: Gather, clean, and validate financial data from multiple sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Develop and maintain robust data pipelines to facilitate efficient data retrieval and analysis.
• Financial Modeling and Analysis: Build and maintain complex financial models to forecast future performance, assess investment opportunities, and evaluate the impact of various business scenarios. Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and anomalies in financial data.
• Reporting and Visualization: Develop insightful and visually compelling reports and dashboards that communicate key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders. Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Business Partnering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including accounting, operations, and sales, to understand their data needs and provide analytical support. Translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to enhance financial performance.
• Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc analyses to address specific business questions and support strategic initiatives. Present findings and recommendations to management.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency. Implement automation solutions to reduce manual effort.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. Identify and assess financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in a finance analytics role.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling techniques and data analysis methodologies.
• Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Advanced Excel skills (e.g., VBA, Power Query).
• Experience with database management and SQL.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
